8 Week BOOTCAMP will be held at
*Open to all members, non-members, all fitness levels and ages!
* Classes instructed by Certified Personal Trainers and Registered Dietitians
Listed below is some information describing the class and pricing.
Description: One hour of fun, power packed excitement! A Great mix of cardio, strength, plyometrics, athletic conditioning, core, kickboxing, and flexibility that will keep you on your toes. All fitness levels welcome. Improve your fitness and reach your goals… COME JOIN THE FUN!!
*Minimum of 10 participants
- 10-14 participants($12.50 per class) (TOTAL: $200)
- 15 or more participants: ($10 per class) (TOTAL: $160)
*10% Buddy Referral so SAVE by inviting your friends
**8 weeks total & 2 classes per week
* Payment in full due at 1st bootcamp class

Bootcamp will start the week of January 3rd, 2011
Two Possible Days and Times:
Tuesday/Thursday @ 6:15 AM OR Monday/Wednesday @ 7 PM
